When adding a document to a listing there is a checkbox that allows the document to be made available to the public or only viewable by members of the MLS. This feature is particularly useful when documents need to be included in the MLS, but have sensitive seller information that does not need to be made available to the public.
If the box is checked:
The document can be emailed out of the MLS and seen in customer-facing reports (including in Collaboration Center).
If the box is unchecked:
The document will only be viewable by members of the MLS.
