Oct. 21, 2023 at 9 am you’re invited to a Clean Pelican Clean UP BR Event at Historic Baton Rouge Sweet Olive Cemetery. Clean Pelican is privileged to work to help make our community shine. Making our streets and community spaces clean and bright helps make Baton Rouge a quality community where businesses and families want to stay, work and play. Getting trash off the streets helps prevent catastrophic flooding by preventing trash from clogging our storm drains while raising property values and improving quality of life. Come join us and help be part of the solution. Everyone is welcome!

Clean Pelican will provide safety training and all equipment needed to pick up trash. Please wear closed-toed shoes and lightweight long pants, if possible. Bringing your own drinking water is also recommended. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Dress: Long pants, long sleeved shirt and gloves are recommended for this event. Clean Pelican will have gloves to borrow if you do not have any.
