Lockbox keys are a service of the association and not the MLS. ROAM is a merger of multiple MLSs not a merger of associations. It is important to remember this as we transition to ROAM MLS. FAQs are below. More information about ROAM can be found at roammls.org.
Are the associations merging?
No. ROAM is only a merger of the association’s MLSs, not the associations. Association services such as lockboxes remain separate.
Will my key work on all ROAM MLS listings?
No. ROAM members come from multiple associations and not all keys and lockboxes are compatible.
GBRAR keys are compatible with GBRAR Supra lockboxes and NOMAR Supra lockboxes
